In the Toledo Ohio area, the difference is usually described as a Townhouse being on two or more floors where an apartment usually has all of the living area on one floor. Apartments are also known as flats. Townhouses may also have attached garages and or basements. If an apartment offers a garage it’s usually detached.
All of the Victory Place Townhouses which are located in Perrysburg Township, Ohio, offer either an attached garage or full basement. Our luxury units are three stories tall with the garages being on the first floor. Appliances included are stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The washer and dryer included makes laundry chores much easier.
